Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces. 1 cup breadcrumbs. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 2 eggs, beaten.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F 200C. In a shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Dip chicken pieces into beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture. Place coated chicken nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
