We armed with our hungry tummies went to Taj Banana leaf to eat our lunch. Taj Banana leaf is established in 2016 until now. In this Indian restaurant, more of the dishes like to use the leaf as a plate. In Indian culture, using fresh leaves was considered more sterile than using wooden utensils (Hegde et al. 2018).

Chicken Karahi is the most flavourful dish from the Indian. In Malaysia, chicken kadai is served in many Indian restaurants. The price is RM15.00 for a la carte. If you want to add on wheat rice, the price will be RM18.00.

A mixture of freshly ground spices brings in enticing and spicy flavours. But it is not too spicy so who does not like to eat spicily also can try it.

It cooked with onions, tomatoes and chicken chunks of the bone. Red chillies and tomatoes give this dish look like a beautiful colour.

In the restaurant, the chicken karahi served in a la carte. However, you can add rice served with the chicken karahi. This is our first time trying to eat chicken karahi and the taste engage us to feel stunning.
