The honey glaze on these chicken drumsticks makes them taste great with both sweet and savory foods. The marinade makes the chicken taste great, and baking them in the oven makes the meat juicy and tender with a caramelized glaze.
Ingredients: 8 chicken drumsticks. 1/4 cup honey. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon ginger, minced. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Put olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Add the honey and mix them together. Put the chicken drumsticks in a big ziplock bag and cover them with the marinade. Close the bag and rub the chicken with the marinade until it's evenly covered. Put the meat in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and up to 24 hours to marinate. For easy cleanup, line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. The chicken drumsticks should be placed on the baking sheet that has been prepared. Put the chicken in an oven that has already been heated up for 30 to 35 minutes, or until it is fully cooked and the glaze has turned caramelized. Halfway through the cooking time, flip the drumsticks over and baste them with any extra marinade. You can serve it after taking it out of the oven and letting it rest for a few minutes. Enjoy your tasty chicken drumsticks that have been glazed in honey!

Some dinners don’t need drama. Just heat, seasoning, and a tray that smells amazing. 🍗✨
These baked chicken drumsticks come out of the oven golden, glossy, and perfectly crisp on the outside — while staying juicy and tender inside. The skin turns beautifully caramelized, the spices bake into every bite, and the whole kitchen fills with that cozy, savory aroma that makes everyone suddenly hungry. It’s simple food, but it feels like a little victory.
The magic is in the seasoning — a bold blend that coats each drumstick so every piece is flavorful from edge to bone. As they roast, the natural juices keep the meat soft while the outside gets that irresistible texture. It’s the kind of recipe you can rely on for busy nights, lazy Sundays, or whenever you just want something comforting without overthinking it.
And there’s one small step in the recipe that makes the skin extra crisp without drying out the chicken — but I’m not spoiling that here. 👀
I wrote the whole thing out so you don’t have to guess. See the full recipe ✨

The sweet, spicy, and sticky flavors in these Sticky Honey Sriracha Drumsticks go well together. When you bake the drumsticks, they get soft, juicy, and caramelized from the glaze that the marinade gives them. Great for dinner during the week or as a snack on game day!
Ingredients: 8 chicken drumsticks. 1/4 cup honey. 2 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce. 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds optional. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped green onions for garnish optional.
Instructions: Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C. Honey, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Put the chicken drumsticks in a large bowl or bag that can be closed again and again. Pour the marinade over the drumsticks. Cover the bowl or seal the bag, and then shake or toss the drumsticks to coat them all the way through. Put the meat in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and up to 4 hours to marinate. For easy cleanup, line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Make sure there is space between each drumstick on the baking sheet that has been prepared. Put the chicken in an oven that has already been heated up. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until it is fully cooked and the glaze is sticky and caramelized. Use the rest of the marinade to baste the chicken every now and then. After the drumsticks are done cooking, sprinkle them with sesame seeds and, if you want, top them with chopped green onions.
