Does anybody know how to help stop plucking?

The Salmon Faveroles have COMPLETELY lost their beards due to plucking, and are now starting to love feathers down their chest and on their heads. The Spark Man. I have recently discovered he hates feet. Boots fine. Tennis shoes fine. Sandals with exposed toes? Bare feet?! EVIIILLLLLLL MUST ATTACK
He’s such a sweetheart otherwise. What a goon. Okay, edit. He frickin loves feet. Not in the good way. My slippers have been molested one too many times. Nasty rooster.
