Well, *Ai* wanted big and dramatic and fancy and over the top, and Yusaku was like ‘we could just...elope?’ cause he doesn’t want all the drama and fluff and and flair, he’d rather small and quiet. so they ended up having to find a middle ground somewhere, with just their friends lol.

Arc V Crow is a tool of the repressed in that he argued food over smiles in a larger, narrative sense but this still binds him to the id just as much as Yuya is bound to his id. They are just different sides of the same coin as the spiralling emotions of Yuya are just as base and carnal as the bodily hunger. But in Crow’s case, he was trying to eliminate the unconscious aspect by remaining bodily, suggesting that his id has a balanced ego to superimpose over his base desire of hunger however his superego is still present in that he feels the need to evangelise his own philosophy hence why he is a tool of the emotional repression.

I tend to either build from one clear scene or au I have, or based off a specific song or atmosphere I want to evoke, from there maybe some prompts or common tropes guide me, but there is usually one burning idea that is propelling it all
