I had to remake playlists on my mp3 player a while ago (it lost its shit at the cold and wouldn't read the sd card so I factory reset it). I only made a handful of OC related playlists aka Cherry, Rulaberri, Mimi, and Sola.
Cherry's songs mostly fit her vibe of being small, kinda sad, cute, and powerful. She is also an angel (aasimar) so she has a few themes that could be interpreted as angelic. The most Cherry songs are Two Planets Approach the Roche Limit from Kirby and the Forgotten Land, Merry Memory Go Round from NiGHTS Journey of Dreams, and Missing, Missing by Kikuo.
Rula's have their homey vibes but also their power and size. She could make herself bigger so it made sense. They were also elegant at times, being royalty, so a song had that vibe too. The most Rula songs are Imma Be by The Black Eye Peas and Size Up Your Enemy from Mario and Luigi Dream Team.
Mimi's has a lot of lab, alien, violent, and creepy/weird vibes because she's a fucked lab experiment mimic. Alongside her weird uncanny nature, there's also some upbeat kind of songs too. The most Mimi songs are Alien Power from Streets of Rage 2, Tsugihagi Sandoku (Patchwork Toxin) by Machigerita-P, and BUTCHER VANITY ft. Yi Xi.
Sola's is related to her love of nature, music she'd dance to, and also to her curse. A lot of song titles about things underneath, representing both the physical and emotional parts of herself and her curse. The most Sola songs are Sozo from Cult of the Lamb, Greenpath from Hollow Knight, An Underlying Problem from Shovel Knight, and Kiss Me (Kill Me) by JerryTerry.
