It's worth noting that online (fan)artist culture softly feels like it's largely shifted away from hypothetical additional works like fan demons, and towards... just art of the works themselves. For Sheeple to appear, we'd first need an environment where Chemtrail can safely reemerge. Add "new Fiend" to the list of things along with Doppelganger and Protagonist Frost that should appear in every game. Such a layup that's been missed for over a decade.

To be honest, most fans not caring about source accuracy has been true the entire time. I've always received some level of pushback for beating the drum so loudly in favor of it. But I'll never stop because I think it makes for a much more compelling final result.
