The Pinot Noir is actually a clone of Alsatian Coury that was brought back in a suitcase and planted in 1965! Sourced from the Laurel Vineyard which is planted in laurel wood soils at an elevation of 1250 feet (the highest in Oregon) and farmed with minimal impact to the earth. It’s naturally fermented, aged in neutral oak for 9 months followed by additional aging in bottle for 8 months.
