Instead of using the internet lately I want to use my actual cookbooks so I can justify keeping them. I went through my culinary program book and made tags.
Not only does it have a RIDICULOUS amount of recipes (yay!) for literally anything, it also has clear step by step directions with diagrams on how to prepare things as a base, so you can cook everything in it. LIKE A PRO.
I put tags for all the most important things I need to find, like sweet roll dough, pie, meats, fish, borscht, my favourite potatoes, beef stew (which you can use as a base for any stew actually), ratatouille, and chicken fritatas.
Gonna do this to my other cookbooks now.
