I share my love of the products, a d fragrance with everyone. Sharing is caring, selling is spammy. I also never cold message anyone (big turn off.) I started over 7 years ago. I got my first warmer and bar of newborn nursery for Christmas 2011. I instantly fell in love and looked up what scentsy was all about. I contacted a consultant who sat down and showed me everything. She let me take a basket party home to look at. I DIDNT EVEN TURN MY WARMER ON BEFORE I SIGNED UP! 🤷♀️ I was just so excited! So we planned my launch party (so I could tell all my friends about my new buisiness.) One family showed up. I was so sad. BUT I found put I could put my finger in the wax and it didnt burn! This was great having a 6mo in my home! Also....I have coworkers who ordered just to support me, and had $500 in sales! Not doing parties means I have to be on top of following up with orders. Checking in with my customers to see if they need anything (without being pushy! "Hi, Karen, how's the Sea Salt & avocado washer whiffs?......let me know when your ready for more.") Its all in how you word it! Having parties means sales come easier, a d you meet more people, more often. But there are other ways!
