Ambrose and The Golden One: The Chav Resists
Ambrose pushed off the wet brick wall of the underpass, chest still heaving. The golden soccer tracksuit clung to him like it was glued to every muscle, the fabric warm and alive. The pulse under his skin had quieted for a moment, but it hadnāt gone. It never went.
He kept moving.
Bare feet slapped against cold concrete as he cut deeper into the industrial estates. He needed noise. Chaos. Something sharp enough to drown out the voice that kept sitting behind his eyes.
āYou are only delaying the inevitable.ā
āShut up,ā Ambrose snarled under his breath, not slowing down.
He found what he was looking for near the far end of the arches. A small group of chavs ā not Gold Team, not PDU, just the kind of men who still lived by the old rules. A couple of them recognised him. One whistled low when he saw the full golden tracksuit glowing under the sparse streetlights.
āAmbrose? Fuck me⦠whatās all this?ā one of them called. āYou joined the shiny army, innit?ā
Ambrose stepped into their circle like he still owned every corner of this city. The gold in his blood reacted instantly ā heat rising, a low thrum in his chest. He ignored it, took a cigarette from one of the lads without asking, and lit it with shaking hands.
The first drag barely settled before the voice returned, sharper.
āThis is not where you belong.ā
Ambrose laughed, short and bitter. āIām still me. You donāt get to decide that.ā
He stayed longer than he should have. Let the lads talk shit, leaned against a rusted shipping container, forced the old swagger. But the gold kept surging ā hotter, tighter, more insistent. Every time he pushed back against it in his head, the pressure built.
Then he pushed too hard.
āGet the fuck out of me,ā Ambrose growled under his breath, fists clenched. He tried to force the gold down, to shove the ancient presence out of his veins by pure stubborn will.
The Golden One answered.
It didnāt speak this time.
It struck.
A violent surge of pure gold power detonated inside him ā not gentle, not seductive. It felt like being hit from the inside out. Hot, electric, overwhelming. Ambroseās back arched against the container as golden light exploded from his tattoos, his eyes, the seams of the tracksuit. The energy blasted outward in a raw, uncontrolled wave.
The street lads never stood a chance.
The nearest ones stumbled back with shouts, hands flying up to shield their faces as the golden force slammed into them. One dropped the cigarette. Another cursed and fell against the wall. Within seconds they were scrambling, eyes wide with pure animal fear, running full tilt out of the arches like the ground itself had turned on them.
āFuckā what the hell is he?!ā one yelled as they disappeared into the rain.
Ambrose collapsed to one knee, gasping, the leftover gold energy still crackling across his skin. His whole body shook. The tracksuit smoked faintly at the edges. He could barely keep himself upright. The power had been too much ā for them, and for him.
Inside his head the Golden Oneās presence settled again, colder now, almost disappointed.
āYou force it out and it answers. You reject it and it answers harder. That was only a fraction. Keep fighting me like this and you will tear yourself apart long before you tear me out.ā
Ambrose stayed on his knee in the empty underpass, rain mixing with the sweat on his face, still defiant⦠but shaken. The explosion had proven two things at once:
He could push the gold.
And the gold could push back far harder.
He wiped his mouth with the back of his hand, pushed himself up on unsteady legs, and kept walking into the rain ā still resisting, still refusing to surrender ā while the Golden One waited inside him, patient and dangerous, ready for the next challenge.

Ambrose and The Golden One: The Awakening
Ambrose woke up with a pounding skull and the taste of last night still thick on his tongue.
The room was unfamiliar ā a dimly lit hideout tucked somewhere in the old industrial estates on the edge of London. Concrete walls covered in half-peeled gold foil, heavy blackout curtains, and the faint scent of sweat, poppers, and expensive cologne. His body felt⦠different. Heavier. Hotter. Like liquid gold was still coursing through every vein.
He groaned, sitting up slowly. Two Server drones ā smooth, obedient drones were curled up on either side of him, breathing softly. One had his head resting on Ambroseās thick thigh, the other spooned against his back. The sheets were a mess of gold fabric and discarded tracksuit pieces.
āOi. Out. Both of you,ā Ambrose rasped, voice deeper than he remembered. He gave them each a firm shove. āSessionās over. Fuck off and hydrate or whatever you drones do.ā
They stirred instantly, eyes still spiraling with that familiar drone hypnosis and lingering trance. āYes, King Ambroseā¦ā one murmured dreamily as they gathered and slipped out the door without argument. The lock clicked behind them.
Ambrose swung his legs over the edge of the bed and stood up. The full-length mirror across the room caught him off guard - his abs, his broad chest, and powerful thighs pulsed with gold faintly beneath his skin, tracing the lines of his tattoos like living circuits.
His head throbbed. Memories flashed ā the backstreet, the touch, the surrender, the fusion. It felt like a fever dream.
āFuck⦠what the hell happened?ā he muttered, stumbling into the small attached bathroom. He turned on the cold tap full blast and splashed icy water over his face, trying to shock himself back to reality. Droplets ran down his neck and chest.
As he looked up, water dripping from his blond buzz cut, the reflection changed.
The Golden One stared back at him ā not separate anymore, but inside the mirror, superimposed over Ambroseās own glowing eyes. The ancient entityās voice echoed directly in his mind, calm, commanding, and laced with that timeless resonance.
āEasy, King. Breathe. You feel the shift now, donāt you?ā
Ambrose gripped the sink, knuckles white, glaring at his reflection. āWhat the fuck did you do to me? I didnāt ask for this! Iām not trying to be Wells or Alto or Grayden or one of those proper PDU drones. Iām Ambrose ā the chav king, not some golden puppet!ā
The Golden Oneās presence didnāt flinch. Instead, the gold pulsing under Ambroseās skin grew warmer, almost soothing, as the voice continued.
āI didnāt give you a choice because choices are for the old world. You were already becoming something greater. I saw it in you on that backstreet ā the raw power, the natural dominance, the hunger that called across centuries. I chose you because only you could carry the Gold without breaking. You are not a drone, Ambrose. You are the vessel. The new heart.ā
Ambrose splashed more cold water on his face, trying to fight the pull, but the golden in his eyes shimmered brighter as his muscles flexed involuntarily, veins glowing faintly gold.
āIām pissed off, yeah? You just⦠took over. Fused without asking. My headās killing me, my lifeās proper scrambled, and now Iāve got this ancient shine running through my veins like Iām one of the army lads.ā
āAnger is natural. The fusion was sudden because the call was strong. But look at yourself ā truly look.ā The mirror reflection shifted slightly, showing Ambrose standing taller, the golden soccer tracksuit radiating power, his eyes flickering with hypnotic gold. āThis isnāt loss. This is ascension. You still have your swagger, your voice, your rule. The Gold only amplifies what was already there.ā
Ambrose stared hard, breathing heavy. The resistance was still there ā and this time he refused to let the warmth soften it.
āAt least go see Captain Brody. Creator of the Golden Army. He has waited for this union. Speak with himāā
āNo.ā Ambroseās voice cut sharp. He stepped back from the sink like the mirror itself was a threat. āIām not going to Brody. Iām not sitting down for some army briefing. Iām not becoming your vessel on demand. You didnāt ask. You just took. So fuck your āascension.ā Fuck the Gold Team. And fuck you.ā
The Golden Oneās tone stayed calm, but a harder edge crept in.
āAmbroseāā
āIām out.ā He shoved past the bathroom door, yanked his silver chains off the side table, and didnāt bother with trainers. Barefoot, the golden tracksuit suddenly appeared on him clinging to every cut in his masculine form. He was thrown, stunned momentarily but them he stormed through the hideout, threw the door open, and hit the street running.
The industrial estate was cold and half-abandoned. Ambrose didnāt care. He headed straight for the old high-risk ends ā the places he used to go when he wanted chaos, when he wanted to feel something sharp and real instead of controlled. He cut through back alleys, past shuttered warehouses, toward the underpass where the more reckless lads still gathered at all hours. The gold under his skin pulsed harder with every step, trying to slow him, trying to pull him back. He ignored it.
He pushed further. Crossed into the darker stretch near the railway arches, where the deals and the late-night trouble lived. Heart hammering, he kept moving, looking for anything that might drown the voice in his head ā old contacts, old risks, anything that still felt like him instead of this shining thing that had claimed him without permission.
āEnough.ā
The Golden Oneās voice slammed into him mid-stride, no longer calm. The gold in his veins surged hot and sudden. Ambrose staggered, one hand slamming against the brick wall of the underpass as the tracksuit tightened like a living second skin. The pulsing light under his tattoos flared bright enough to throw gold reflections across the wet concrete.
āYou can run. You can reject. You can throw yourself at every high-risk corner of this city. But the Gold is already in you. Every step you take, I am still here. Every breath. You do not get to burn yourself out of this, Ambrose. Not like that.ā
Ambrose stayed bent over, breathing hard, forehead against the cold brick. The struggle was still raging ā anger, fear, that raw chav refusal to be owned. The Golden One hadnāt won. Ambrose hadnāt given in.
But the gold wasnāt leaving either.
He pushed off the wall, still defiant, still running on pure resistance⦠and the Golden One stayed right there with him, waiting for the next moveā¦

From the beginning when he reached out to @brodygold to enlist in The Golden Army out of his desperation⦠he was different. Untamable. Wild. Addicted to hypnosis and making love. His first day on the pitch was a wild threesomeā¦under the power of the golden spiral.
He fell for Spencer, trying to make sense of it all. They loved hard and fast ā they were in love, they were in lust, they broke each other. Their love was legendary & sent ripples through the Gold-verse.
With his broken heart Ambrose entered one of the darkest periods of his evolution as a PDUā¦he didnt want to hurt anymore but @phoenix-071 never gave up on him. They continued to find each other Not only as Gold Bros but now as PDUās. Phoenix picked him back up & patiently loved him, filled him regularlyā¦even in the midst of such darkness, then in 2024 possessed him, transforming him, showing him the way. Phoenix equipped him to evolveā¦
He became Chav Ambrose ā busting all barriers, dominating at every corner. And he walked out on his own, the bravest thing he ever didā¦Gold Bros hot on the DMās asking how he was doing it. He told them ālook within.ā
He found a wise sage, a good friend @hero21us who kept helping at with each evolution and even when a big devastation threatened to end him once again, he found a way to put one foot in front of the other.
He discovered the radiant power of the diamond. Its beauty, its dominant force. He showed many the way to diamond status on his way to becoming Chav King Ambrose. Worshiped by many, drones began to goon for himā¦.they became gooner drones.
When an alter ego emerged His alter ego went wildā¦Zane, all fun, all the timeā¦
And nowā¦now thisā¦
ā¦are you ready? Cuz what comes next could blow your mindā¦
The Golden Oneā¦
