モンブラン・スコップケーキ☆
今年も 恒例の栗仕事です。
まずは 栗のペーストを作って 栗きんとんを。
それから 栗の渋皮煮を作って。
マロンクリームは 栗きんとんの生地を使って作りました。
我が家のマロンクリームは いつも この作り方に落ち着いた感じです。
スコップケーキには ロールケーキ生地を天板に流して焼いた物を 型に合わせて カットして 敷きます。
その上に カスタードクリーム，マロンクリーム，生クリームを塗り，更にもう一度 繰り返した上に マロンクリーム，渋皮煮を 載せて 完成❗️
あとは ザックリ スプーンですくって いただきま〜す。
この瞬間が 楽しい❣️
