Hi hope you’re enjoying your day, just to say I played the Chasing Stars demo and really enjoyed it! I liked the little detail if you create a character with glasses and have sex with Claire, she straightens your glasses for you after they’re knocked askew. I always like when specific things like that about your character’s customised appearance get referenced in the story both by the story itself and other characters (though I understand is more to code)

I love adding that kind of thing and I try to add flavour text about the MC's appearance at least twice per scene whether is glasses, hair, skin tone...
And the fact that you can have piercings in Chasing Stars kind of makes it a must, anyway. I love writing the first time the ROs see them LOL

Welcome one, welcome all, to the Rewind, Rewrite, Replay AU! Also known as: What if Y/N didn't have plot armor?
First of all, I would like to say that this AU is honestly depressing, with a bittersweet ending at best and disturbing themes overall. If you aren't in the best state of mind, this work may just make you feel worse. Please read at your own discretion!
Now, onto the actual story. I've seen multiple AUs where Y/N is the protagonist of the timeloops, repeatedly meeting their end as they try to change their fate. But, what if it was the DCA trying to change yours instead?
You are the daycare assistant, and you are long gone.
But no, it's okay, Sun has an idea. They've read about magic and happy endings in the daycare's books! It has to be real, there has to be a way to change the past. You aren't dead yet, they still have their memories of you.
Thus begins the absolutely definitely not just them replaying their memories - TIME LOOPS YAYY
Oh, and just to be clear, analogue horror box™️Y/N is not real. It is simply a manifestation of their 'conscious' and does not reflect Y/Ns real actions.
