#character fusion

Rather than simply being a Bill-possessed Shiho, I think it would be interesting to combine Shiho's stoicism and direct bluntness with Bill's sadism and chaotic elements, making them someone who appears straight-faced and detached but secretly a lover of chaos and creating problems behind the scenes. I think they'd also be a little sarcastic as well as genuinely passionate/serious about their craft, even when it comes to messing with others. They are manipulative but don't break their own rules/standards. I think they'd also have a very strange sense of humor, similar to Bill, and not caring about the thoughts of others much (similar to both Bill and Shiho) unless they are seen as something other than the persona or real self they put out. They'd be a menace but not in a loud, upfront way like Bill is. Their hobby, other than messing around with people, would be music just like Shiho. It's not something they particularly try to hide, it's just something they like. I also think it would be funny if they were very much against all electronic/synthesized music and only liked acoustic music since Bill hates synthesized music yet Shiho is a bassist. They still have powers similarly to Bill, but don't show it very often. The magic handshake contract specifically would probably be used relatively sparingly and/or strategically and not just on a whim.
