This could be the pile that identifies with the "old soul" tag, or maybe "old person/retired energy," in case the old soul thing doesn't resonate, and that's completely fine. But don't use that label to box yourself in. I feel like some of you guys have made peace with being "boring" but that's not really true. Perhaps, you're a little bit different compared to the others in your social circle when it comes to your hobbies, interests, topics for discussion and so on, but I can see that most you guys have a lot of interest in really niche topics, and that's honestly the coolest thing in a person ever!! Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

You guys could have maybe dealt with bullying or social alienation because of your authentic self. Maybe your areas of interests weren't "cool" enough back in the day, and you faced a lot of peer pressure. Some of you guys were put into uncomfortable situations and had to do things that you didn't really want to do. And you've had to do a lot of work to come to be at peace with yourself (I'm so proud of you <3).

And I feel like the label of "old soul" emerged as a way of accepting yourself and defining yourself on your own terms, which is very important. But also, it has gotten to a point where you might begin to over-identify with this label in 2026 and inadvertently holds yourself back.

Perhaps you don't try new things because you already decided what you like/dislike and made up your mind about it. Knowing what you want is a good thing, but your future self wants you to go out and try new things. Don't turn your nose up at them. (I'm hearing "don't be a snob" 😭 damn. some of yall's future self isn't holding back) Some of you guys could think you're better than certain people who indulge in activities that you disapprove of. But that's just a defensive mechanism borne from your experiences of previous judgement (and dare I say, a little but of resentment because of all that.)

It reminds me of when Chappel Roan jabbed at the VIPs at one of her performances. ("it's so weird that the VIP thinks they're so way too cool to do this. you're no fun!")

There is an underlying fear of losing your identity and letting your morals/integrity be compromised. This is 100% valid, pile 2!! Like I said, some of you guys could have been forced into doing things that left you feeling really yucky after the fact. But it is nothing that, at this stage of life, strong boundaries cannot prevent.

And because of your previous, you've made sure to protect your peace now. But you're protected your peace a little too hard, Pile 2. You've essentially turned the air around you into a vacuum. Sure, there's no bad stuff, but there's no exciting good stuff either. And that's definitely what you needed for a period of time, but now it's time for things to change.

And the call for change needs to come from within.

Because I can see from the cards that it can be very triggering for you when your friends or the people around you try to push you to do something you've already said no to don't want to do. And there is a difference between maintaining your peace and sticking to your comfort zone.

Your future self wishes they had started to push themselves out of this comfort zone sooner than they actually did, and wants to convey that you're more than capable now to handle things if they go south. While the other two piles were about offering advice or suggesting some sort of action here, this pile's future self instead comes with a whole lot of empathy as well as a warning.

This year has the potential to get very emotionally turbulent for you-- you'll feel happy one time and then miserable the next. And there's not going to be a quick way out of it. Your future self's come here to say that you'll probably break your head trying to figure out a way out of your circumstances and consider it a personal failure when you can't get yourself out of that situation, but it's simply not time for a solution yet.

And I'm not saying that it's not time yet because you aren't ready yet, but simply because certain things have to fall into place. There are greater factors at play here than just your willpower and intentions. This could be money for example. Or another example is, someone involved in the situation has to experience an event in their own life later on in the year, that'll change their view on something, which will in turn have a positive butterfly effect on your situation.

For most people in this pile, it is an abusive or toxic living situation. And I've been there myself so let me tell you this: things will get better. But if you've only recently become 18 or only recently started trying to get out: you will have so much optimism and hope in the beginning that will get crushed over and over again. It will hurt. And hearing that things aren't happening, because it isn't the right time yet, could be filling you with rage and contempt.

It is so so so important to be kind and tender with yourself. To keep yourself safe and not be harsh on yourself. To not put pressure on yourself.

You want to get yourself out and fulfill your dreams because nobody else will? That's fine and dandy. But it will take time. You will probably fail more times that you expected to, face disillusionment when it comes to things you once believed in, you will experience unfiltered rage at the world and unfairness of it. All of which are valid.

But you should be careful of letting yourself be swallowed by self-hatred, failure and overwhelming self-pity.

I'm seeing a scene where after lashing out at someone, you still come back to the dining table to eat with them after something didn't work out. At that point, this person could taunt you with something like "coming back and sitting at the dining table after talking a big game." I'm seeing clenched fists in response to that, and this could make you feel really pathetic and incapable of doing things by yourself. But you are not the one failing at being a decent human being here, Pile 3.

There are odds stacked against you, you need to remember that. That is why it is difficult. Because there is an active force that pushes against you. You are not fighting against nothing. Give yourself grace.

And that is so important here, because in 2026, you will be "acting out" in ways you do not necessarily understand. Your emotions will feel volatile and you'll be so reactive. You'll feel very suffocated at times. But this is your way of rebelling and protesting against the limitations others have set for you, and "unburdening" yourself.

However, you need to be careful as there's a high chance that you might lash out at the people who genuinely do care for you as a result.

Give yourself more empathy, let yourself have space to be understood even if it's only within yourself. This is not to say that 2026 is going to be a year only filled with terrible moments, this is just what your future self thought most important to convey. super super grateful for this community <3 as always, i hope you guys enjoyed the PAC and found it to be insightful. i originally wanted to get this out before christmas, but that didn't happen haha.

The energy shifts quite a bit here. It suggests that they may have some resistance toward you or your presence.

Some of them might see you as… I don’t really like saying this, but some could think you are fake, cunning, or that you don’t behave “properly.” I also feel that some may judge the way you dress or present yourself; for example: you wearing revealing clothes (from their perspectives) and them seeing that as inappropriate. I don’t really like the “boy mom” stereotype because it’s very generalized, but I do feel a bit of that energy in this group but just for some of them.

There’s a lot of observation and analysis. For example, if you speak a different language, they might even learn a phrase just to talk to you, almost like, “I know you speak this language, so I learned something because of you. :)” It’s like they’re really studying you in some way. Some of them may idealize you, and I wouldn’t be surprised if one of them ends up becoming quite close to you. Hello my wonderful pile number 1’s, today we are approaching this post with a twist for spice, and also because I couldn’t think of an interesting enough prompt for a reading lol. Anyways! Here I have my phone (I am lying, I have already listened to the song and written down key thoughts, but imagine this is a live reenactment) opening up Spotify and going to my liked songs, I can see I have exactly 111 – isn’t that a crazy coincidence? I don’t really add a lot of songs to my liked, so the ones that I do, I have a lot of thoughts and feelings about. So, let’s find out what yours is, shall we? 

MY OLD MAN’S A DUSTMAN – LONNIE DONEGAN 

Right, well that’s a tad embarrassing. A nostalgic fave of mine though, I must say. So for this song, it is essentially a British comedy song. It speaks of the father to the singer, who is a dustman, and focuses on treatment, along with entertaining jokes and puns. It’s a bit of a random thing to write about, and that’s honestly why I like it so much. Perhaps you guys in this pile are going through something unconventional or a little bit out of the ordinary. For my key notes, I wrote that this song was my favourite out of all the songs from the best… 60’s, I think… checking… yep, best 60’s. I used to live with old people who would never let me listen to radio one, occasionally would put on Heart – but for long trips they would slip in one of those CD’s. For this pile, I feel as though you might be facing something to do with the past, like something you did, or even some sort of concern about age or growing up (a mouthful, huh?). Another thing I wrote down was that the song was so popular at one point, it was able to partake in the representation of that era, and now barely anyone knows about it besides people who listen to old music, or were there when it was put out. I got the feeling that some of you could be dealing with worries about your legacy, or even something that you did that has embarrassed you. I feel rumination here. With how little people now know the song, it’s either not your job to worry about who you’re going to be, or the embarrassment that you feel is bound to blow over – people will forget about it — other than people like me, but hey, who am I to judge? No matter what part you are, the song is telling you to stop worrying about something you have no control over, whether it be past or future. 

The song itself when played would set my mood for the entire trip. There – as I said – were two discs. One had that song on it, the other I can’t quite recall. There were many nice songs on there. Like Build me up Buttercup, Puppet on a string, Brand new key, Silence is golden, Where did our love go. Real nice tunes, but the one that was played rarely, and if played, solely for me – was My old man’s a dustman. There also seems to be two choices here that you may have been seen wrestling with. One choice is satisfactory, but the other is something more fulfilling to you – but perhaps harder to get. I didn’t control the radio, I was a kid, and so all I could really do was ask. Unfortunately the driver wasn’t so fond of that song. Is there someone standing in your way of something? Ooooo perhaps it is not someone, but rather your circumstances. Perhaps you grew up on the side of poverty and think that you don’t stand a chance at something – an opportunity of sorts. 

Damn, she channeling, she spewing. Ok, let’s say you’re in school, getting ready to take your leave, and signing up for that perfect university. But you want to reach above and beyond, you want that… let’s say Harvard place, but you feel the need to settle with a good – but not what you want – university closer to you. Doesn’t even need to be that bar for bar. Could be a case of you craving that new relationship, going on those dates, but then stopping yourself last minute because you’re stuck with an irrefutable level of doubt. 

Listen, I have free will now and am older, I can listen to that one song a million times over if I want to, even if it took me some time to be able to get here. And that goes for all the strange points I’ve made throughout this session. Embarrassment will blossom, time will heal – you don’t see what is in store for you, but that’s because it’s not yours to worry about. And lastly, with a little push and perseverance, you can do whatever you want, because the only thing standing in your way is your own shadow.

Hello my fabulous pile number 2. Today we’re looking into my own liked songs (all 111 of them) to see which song speaks most to what you need to hear right now. To sum it up, I let a shuffle answer my question and wrote down some points. So, for you we have: 

LOVEBOMBS – NESSA BARRETT

Ok, this used to be a personal favourite of mine. The song focuses on our narrator, aka Nessa, as she talks about her mental health and how toxic tendencies that derive from it happen to negatively affect the relationships she is in. Ok NicromancyGPT, get it queen. The song starts with a recognition of the aftermath while stating that she doesn’t even recall how it happened or what set her off. My cat decided to join us and clawed at my jeans until she got one of her nails stuck, what an amazing contribution, I bet she doesn’t know how that happened either. Back to the song. Nessa states that she feels sorry, and that she wasn’t aware it was happening, that she doesn’t even know how to stop herself from acting like this. Her remorse is sincere, but we can tell from the way that she describes the experience, that her actions take a huge toll on the stability of her relationships with those she cares about most. 

I feel for you guys that you are on either one of these sides here. Perhaps you recently blew up at someone and are feeling sorrowful and like you want to take it back but don’t know how. Or maybe you are the opposite person, and the receiver of this behaviour. Perhaps you are the answer to how the other person feels in this situation. 

Have it be known, I was a huge fan of Nessa from 2019-2024 after she did some stuff I don’t necessarily agree with from a moral standpoint. Now the reason I mention this is because perhaps you have been with someone – friend or lover, for a fairly long time and are slowly starting to see a side of them that you are not too fond of. This could be showing up as repetitive behaviours that are harming the relationship, or even toxicity beginning to arise. If you are on the other end of the spectrum, it could be you having more lash outs, or struggling with something yourself that is making it hard to be around those that you care about. 

Another thing here is that Nessa and the person she sings about here broke up before this song was published. This could be representative of a relationship getting old and needing to come to an end. Either end here can be tiring, trust may have even been lost, or something that can cause behaviour that would be seen as toxic. 

I think what I am seeing here is that you guys may need to let go of an already faltering relationship or dynamic between you and someone else. It doesn’t seem to be beneficial to either of you anymore, and it is truly seeming as though it is causing much more harm than can currently be seen. There is a need to protect yourself if you do struggle with something mental health wise, because taking care of your own needs and sanity is the most important thing. That also goes for those of you on the opposite end – someone else’s mental health is not your responsibility, it is not your job to “fix” anyone.

Hello my beautiful pile number 3’s! Today we are doing a different kind of post, in which I am shuffling through my 111 liked songs to find what message you need to hear right now. So, as it goes: Oh, short and sweet – Sabrina Carpenter here? No? Ok. 

Yours actually isn’t Short and sweet though lol, just in theory. You guys actually have a much more angsty song than that. 

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, LET ME GET WHAT I WANT (2011 remaster) – THE SMITHS

Now, this is a short and easy message because the title already sums up the meaning behind the song. But just for you guys, I used my big big brain to figure out some hidden meanings and interpret some lyrics. (Please keep in mind that these are my interpretations based on the vibes I am channelling. The song probably isn’t about this)

Firstly, I do see this possibly pertaining to manifestation, and especially if you are someone who has in the past, or currently struggles with manifesting. I get the feeling of you literally being like “damn, haven’t I failed enough? Just let me have this one at least.” I feel your struggle may be tied into your personal life and experiences as we have the line “See, the life that I’ve had can make a good man bad.” I get the feeling that you’ve faced your fair share of shitty and traumatic moments. 

Now another thing I see here is actually symbolism of God and religion – particularly pertaining to religious trauma or a frail belief in God. The Chorus starts and ends with “please, please, please, let me get what I want. Lord knows it would be the first time.” Now, the reason I actually refrained from equating the begging to asking or even praying to God is because in that sentence, the singer is not even addressing God himself, and is instead speaking about him in third person. Here we can infer that there is another source here in which the singer is asking to answer his prayers while stating that God would be able to acknowledge the singer’s losses. With this I see that some of you here may have believed and prayed to God in the past, but all you have been met with was either quiet recognition, or entirely nothing. For some of you it may feel as though turning to manifestation is almost resembling leaving God behind or admitting a total loss of trust in him. 

I feel that the reason you are struggling with manifesting what you want is not because you think you don’t deserve it, but rather.. Oh, holy brain explosion. Ok, new line. 

I reviewed the lyrics as I got a little stuck, and the first line is “Good times for a change. See, the luck I’ve had could make a good man bad.” This very short song brings attention to morality not once, but rather twice. What I see from here is that the singer – you in this instance is essentially talking about how the lack of God answering prayers and instead sitting and watching as bad luck befalls you, would turn any other believer bad. It brings morality into conversation in the same way that people say that religion and God watching is the only thing to stop someone from committing crimes or doing bad things. Here we see a sentence strung together of “the amounts of prayers ignored would make anyone a nonebeliever,” and that is what turns to the metaphor of morality. 

I also got the feeling that this pile are firstcomers to this blog, or even Tarot – and not returning individuals. If so, please do stay, make yourself nice and comfortable 😏. I actually did write down that you may be new to the occult, or just dipping your toes in to see if you like it. Well, to sum it up: You can have your God if that is what you feel you need. But at times when he chooses to ignore your prayers for whatever reason, manifestation aside from him can always fill in. Plus in theory, he would never let you have it if he didn’t allow you too. He’s all powerful and shit. 

So to answer what I interrupted myself for. You may be struggling with manifestation because you do not believe you can have faith in a God if you rely on another source. But really, two things can coexist, and you do not need to limit yourself.
