When I first started exercising when my kids were really little it was HARD! I was sore, I was tired, I had to figure out how to make the time. I felt so GUILTY for making myself a priority and not spending every second lavishing attention on my kids. I mean, weren't they going to have lasting damage from that?? I was at the point that I just NEEDED to make a change. I couldn't go on the way I was. So although change is hard, staying the way I was became harder. I'm so glad I took the leap, made the change, and got through the hard part. Now exercise and making myself a priority is easy. It's second nature.
