ive noticed that some ghouls have piercings, did they get them before being summoned or after? do they have to ask permission, or can they just get them whenever?

Chain was the most interesting for me in terms of design. The kraken, alligator snapping turtle, Bobbit worm, and Yautja served as his main inspirations. I have a headcanon that the ghouls from before the Meliora era were much larger and more terrifying compared to those from Impera and Skeletá.
He has an extremely nasty temper. One of his tentacles was bitten off by Delta during one of their fights.
