Rewatching Business Proposal and reminded of my OT3! Kang Tao-moo x Cha Sung-hoon x Jin Young-seo

(their dynamic in my head under the cut)

they each had a scene where their female love interest is in a potentially embarrassing situation (Hari with the dress splitting and Youngseo with the locked bathroom)

and they respond by immediately doing what they can to help and protect them from further embarrassment, with zero judgment for how they ended up in the situation in the first place. 

and it just makes me realize how often romantic comedies revel in humiliating their characters, especially female characters who want their love interests to see them as attractive and desirable.

it was so, so nice to see male leads not only help their love interests out of an embarrassing situation, but also not treat it like a big deal.

maybe love is when a guy breaks the door to a public bathroom down, and not so much when he chases your creepy neighbor

maybe it’s not about buying the expensive dress, but standing behind you to hide the fact that you ripped it
