This does make me think that she didn’t find a way to overwrite the love she had for Gideon with her false memory ghost bubble induced brain trauma so her brain ascribed the love she felt to the “Body” instead. It was never her but Gideon. I could be wrong about this

Did...did it really take her this long to notice? Not that I'm surprised, mind you.

These lil dudes make a bit more sense after my friend clarified they're a Fullbring! (All I really know is it has something to do with attachments to objects.) I feel like there's some interesting stuff that could be written about why they manifested as fairies specifically (besides it fitting Orihime's vibe), but I also kind of respect that Kubo diverted from making them traditional fairies. Well, "traditional" in the Western sense. Now I wanna know if Japanese mythology has a fairy equivalent. Why do I keep doing the bulk of my reading when I don't have time to go on deep dives?

I think the pink-haired one with the blue suit is my favorite.
