Hi, I love your art so much, it is so beautiful and feeds my entrapdak hyperfixation! I too am obsessed with the idea that they find each other in every universe. Forwarding from that, I wanted to ask your opinion on the 2021 netflix he-man adaptation and it's ending cliffhanger that evil-lyn is Hordak's daughter? For me, I have the personal headcanon that her mother is basically some version of entrapta. Evil-lyn's design in the show is entrapta purple and she even has the long hair for it so it could be plausible! I just thought it might be a fun idea.
YOU ARE NOT ALONE ANON
I saw your message days ago but it took me a while to have the time to answer it properly, and taking the opportunity to share some never published art I did when CGI MOTU (how we called it back then) dropped the bomb of Hordak being Lyn's father.
My whole group of friends involving @kuurankaiho @pennamesmith @forestfairyunicorn @lemaistrechat @bat-burrito @grot-bag @imperfectmazen @zombiemoshpit (sorry if I forgot someone!) couldn't agree more so this Entrapta design was born (in 2022), matching Lyn, because I am pretty sure she would look like her mother, right?
Our minds raced to theorize who Lyn's mom could have been, and then the Art Book dropped the future plans of bringing Despara/Adora to the equation, so this also opened the question... what if Entrapta from the CGI MOTU universe was actually the first Despara?
This was done on January 2023, and I never posted it! Unfortunately the archive was lost due to my hard disk dying earlier this year.
And this is a recent one I sketched some days ago :)
I am very sorry I never published these before! but I am very happy for this ask, I am happy to share my headcanons and art with Entrapdak shippers no matter the universe they are in!

Two years ago today, Season 3 of CGI MOTU came out! I made a fanmix about it, because I miss my blorbos caught in a horrible cycle of rebirth and recreation that forces them away from the identities they finally shaped for themselves, Tails. I miss them a lot. I'll be back.
(contains very minor spoilers for fraggle rock: back to the rock on side a's sixth track and side b's 4th track. nothing too serious but just in case 👍)
SIDE A: i shine only with the light you gave me - on the monster who forced herself into your head, and the future that she swore would be your own as long as you obeyed.

This has been sitting in my drafts for half a year oops-
Anyway, here’s Raemura’s CGI He-Man design!
Her Revelation/Revolution variation will be posted whenever I get to making a new ref for it.
Also, gonna add links to each variation in these info posts of her. Her SPOP variation is here!
In all MOTU variations (excluding the SPOP reboot), her name is Raemura.
Her backstory is practically the same / similar in the CGI / Revelation / Revolution series, except for some details.
Spoilers ahead for those who haven’t seen/finished the series yet!
—————————————————————
• Pre Series
Raemura was created by Hordak as a clone, mixing some of his DNA with that of a human (possibly various other species), and a strange essence that he wasn’t entirely familiar with, which turned out to be Havoc. He sat her in a pod with a tracking device, and sent it away. Her pod landed on Eternia and was found by a young Keldor, who ended up taking her back to Eternos.
For as long as Raemura can remember, she has spent her entire life studying, training, and working to become a royal guard, and eventually the heir to the throne of Eternos, as she was the only royal child at the time before Adam’s birth.
Raemura always picked on Adam, teasing him and making fun of him for being small and weak, horrible mannerisms she picked up from Keldor, unfortunately. She also did so out of jealousy, as she believed it wasn’t fair for her to lose her supposed right to the throne, not really knowing exactly how royalty worked.
The teasing went on for a few years, up until Adam eventually vanished, along with Keldor.
At the time, she didn’t exactly get along with King Randor, so she ended up running away from the palace and came across Evelyn and Kronis. Despite them all not being too familiar with each other, the two took Raemura in regardless, as they knew Keldor would most definitely have their heads if anything happened to her.
• Season 1
Raemura spent most of her teenage and a couple of her adult years with Evelyn and Kronis, even if they were hesitant -and disappointed- about taking her in. She held a grudge against Keldor after his disappearance, as she had assumed that he abandoned her.
After being reunited, Raemura tried to avoid Keldor and the other two. She refused to look at or speak to her father, even after his transformation into Skeletor.
Skeletor had eventually persuaded Raemura to join him on a mission, which turned out to be and excuse for family bonding, so the two could catch up on the past decade.
However, it doesn’t go as planned and Raemura finds out she’s not Keldor’s biological daughter, and that he had took her in when she was still very young. This results in him also telling Raemura that it’s one of the reasons why he and Randor used to fight constantly.
All of this new information causes their relationship to become much more strained than before, and Raemura starts to push Keldor away.
• Season 2
Raemura spends a lot of her time trying to figure out who she is, who she wants to be, and what her purpose is in the fight between her father and the Masters of the Universe. She has a hard time accepting that she even has a part in it at all, as she never once appears on the Castle Grayskull tapestry.
Unaware to Raemura, there’s a deeper reason for this; her crash landing on Eternia wasn’t prophesied by Castle Grayskull, and the Castle is still trying to calculate how she plays a role in the battle.
But Raemura soon starts to slowly turn against her father, regardless. The two start to bicker and argue more often, and Raemura even tries to attack him. Eventually, she runs away and isn’t around during her father’s first defeat.
• Season 3
Raemura spends a long time traveling on her own, attempting to run away from her problems. However, it’s of no use, as Skeletor’s ghost tends to follow her around occasionally due to her body partially being created from Havoc.
She starts to slowly become more aggressive and vulnerable, and the Havoc starts to consume her entirely.
Raemura starts to blame herself for her failure to become the heir to the royal throne, become a captain of the royal guards, along with being the reason her assumed biological family didn’t want her, despite Skeletor’s constant attempts to reassure her that she’s wrong.
He tries to show he still cares about her, but Raemura refuses to see it and continues to push him and everybody else away, fully accepting the Havoc within her.
While Keldor is defeated once more and arrested, Raemura finally discovers her true purpose in the prophecy of the Masters of the Universe, where she came from, and what she’s finally meant to do.
While coming across a tattered and burnt tapestry, it reveals that she finally has a part in the battle, with the Masters of the Universe, Keldor, and the Horde fighting against her.
With that, she pledges to create her own army from the Havoc flowing through her veins, and swears revenge on everybody who has ever wronged her. Starting with Hordak himself.
TRIVIA
When Skeletor shares the Power of Havoc with the group, the Havoc already within her body (on top of the shared Havoc) is highly affected by Raemura’s bottled up emotions, bringing out her worst qualities. Her appearance is supposed to appear as a mash up of Skeletor and Hordak, meant to symbolize the fact that while Keldor is the closest to family that she’s ever known, Hordak is still a part of her and he will never lose his hold on her for his plans.
Raemura was 13-15 when Keldor took Adam to Castle Grayskull, resulting in Raemura being 23-25 during the show’s events.
She never understood why Keldor and Randor didn’t get along, nor why Keldor rarely allowed her to see her uncle. She only found out later on that part of it was due to Randor’s belief that Raemura had no business living in the palace, because of the sole fact that she was adopted.
Raemura has a crush on a Captain of the guards but is too shy and awkward to speak to her.
Raemura actually gets along better with Kronis and views him as yet another father figure. She’s collecting dads like Pokémon, she has 4 now please make it stop-
BRO CGI HE-MAN IS ABSOLUTELY GOATED WITH THE SAUCE??? WHY ISN'T IT AT ALL POPULAR?????
Did people look upon the whimsy with which it is presented and snidefully scorn about its childish nature? Did they wonder in awe at Cringer's wisdom where one might've expected cowardice? Did they see adam's yee yee ass haircut and kid eyes and scoff at the gall the showrunners had to not make adam grow up in a castle?
BRO THE ENTIRETY OF HE-MAN IS DEEPLY UNAPPRECIATED FR, ONE WOULD THINK A SIZABLE PERCENTAGE OF YOU GAY FUCKS WOULD SEE THE 2018 SHE-RA AND THINK "hm, perhaps i could check out its brother show" PLEASE I BEG OF YOU AT LEAST LIKE I DUNNO LOOK AT THE 2002 ONE OR REVELATION/REVOLUTION BRO I CAN'T TAKE THIS I FEEL LIKE I'M GOING INSANE (i am going insane)

me, watching the credits of the first episode king grayskull had a speaking role in and seeing alan oppenheimer(the original skeletor) was his VA: "hehe wouldn't it be funny if after he got corrupted by havoc he would start speaking like skeletor?"
So uh, yeah, was feeling like shit so decided to rewatch HMATMOTU show and it immediately raised my mood.
Anyways, I won't really say that this is an "art with lore" more like just a thing I thought about while watching the "I don't need your help, with Havoc I can keep everyone safe all by myself" scene.
But I still like how it turned out cause it shows the thing I thought about pretty correct XD
In other words, choose your side and take a seat cause the show will start really soon!
