Upload supporting documents: Along with the application, upload necessary documents such as PAN card, GST registration certificate, and certificate of incorporation.

Submit the application: Once the application form is filled and all required documents are uploaded, proceed to submit the application.

The process for obtaining a Free Sale Certificate (FSC) generally follows these steps:

Step 1: Assess the Need for an FSC First, determine whether an FSC is necessary for the specific product and export destination. Review the import regulations and requirements of the target country to confirm if an FSC is mandatory.

Step 2: Prepare Documentation for Application Collect all required documents and information, including:

Applicant details (individual or company)

Firm or company information

Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)

FSSAI Certificate (if applicable)

Import Export Code (IEC) Certificate

Details of the product for which the FSC is sought

Registration cum Membership Certificate

Manufacturing License (if applicable)

Product permission letters for requested items
