In un altro quartiere chiuderà a breve “La libreria del viaggiatore”, anche “I trapezisti” non se la passano bene. Roma è quella città dove le librerie chiudono o vengono bruciate, nell’incapacità di reagire da parte di Comune e istituzioni. Che tristezza e che sconforto ormai aggirarsi nella capitale d’Italia. Mala tempora currunt. Se ‘n’artra vorta ho ripijato foco nun è pe’ ‘n incidente, né pe’ ‘n gioco. È che ce sta ‘na mano criminale che me detesta e me vo’ fa’ der male. Qui dove vivo io, a Centocelle, ce stanno cose brutte e cose belle. Le cose brutte fanno assai rumore, l’impunità le fa’ senti’ potenti. Le cose belle vivono d’amore, so’ miti, silenziose e so’ pazienti. Ce vora’ tempo. Forse qualche mese. E nun escludo pure altre sorprese. Ma anche se so’ pecora, sappiate, che co’ ‘ste cose nun me spaventate. Me riempirò de libri e de cultura: è quello che a voialtri fa paura.
