Dio had hidden himself away, deep in the shadows, as usual.   He had his eyes on someone specific tonight... someone that had evaded him for quite some time.  Noriaki Kakyoin, the boy who had found out his secret long ago.  The one he had decided to keep... until the boy escaped, that is. 

But Dio was going to get him back.   He had been looking for him for months, and he managed to find where the boy's current living place was. 

"K-Kakyoin..? I-Is that you...oh my god.." He was taken aback to see his friend in such a condition. Visable scars and a missing leg. There was a sickening bubbling inside his stomach. Was it from the horror? The shock? Maybe the guilt...it's usually guilt anyway.

He was scared this was some sort of ghost haunting him. He shaking reached out to him, but stopped and withdrew his hand, biting lip until it bled. "I'm...so sorry...Kakyoin." he was trying not to cry in front him. "What..what happened to you.."

She never would have thought that the door leading out of the ghost house would work for her. But clearly it did as part of some cruel joke. She's not sure where she is, but she recognizes the boy in front of her well enough.

It's been a long time since he last set foot in mansion he had last called home, but he's glad it's still where he remembered it to be...it looks like it hasn't changed at all, but...at the same time, he can sense far more people inside than before.

He decides against taking the front entrance, opting to go and find an open window and climb in. He wanted to surprise Dio and Vanilla Ice.

He thankfully finds one not too far from his room, clambering through and landing as gracefully as a man of his stature can in the corridor beyond.

It's only when he's dusting himself off and adjusting his little rucksack that he senses the other vampire and turns to him. A moment's pause, and he realizes what he must look like, sneaking in here in the dead of night through a window. What luck he has.

      The red hair is familiar, from fond memories and nightmares. But it's not even the general existance of this alternate that shocks him, it's the state of Kakyoin's body that seems to anger him.
