Hello, yes, this appears to be one of the cellar spiders, most likely its long-bodied cellar spider (Pholcus phalangioides), family Pholcidae. This species is found across much of North America, Europe, and Asia. 
such a pretty cellar spider mama! her eggs look like fish eggs. looks like she's not a first time mama either, look at all the itty bitty shed exoskeletons in the web around her!
Wanted to share some of my favorite photos I took of bugs and spiders. The spiders will be at the end. When you see the boxelder bug on the pink box and the paper wasp that’s the last of the insects.
