YEAH HI I JUST DID THAT

This is a FNAF fic, technically part of my Celestial Shift AU, but can be read as standalone.

Today is Vanessa's birthday, and Luis is taking her out to her favorite cafe to celebrate! But his supposedly thoughtful gift brings up painful memories. Can Vanessa trust Luis with the truth?

Basically, Lunessa fic where Vanessa freaks out, Luis tries to comfort her, and she finally tells him the details of the whole Glitchtrap situation.

Although Vanessa seems to like Luis, I don't think she would trust him with what happened right away, because she doesn't want him to send her to prison and/or the psych ward (he wouldn't, but she wouldn't take the chance). Before this, she would've let him know that she was partially responsible for the destruction after Gregory's visit, giving just enough details to help him keep her out of jail. Her finally telling him about the possession and the murders would be a huge sign of her trust, and also a huge step towards healing from her trauma.

Three weeks after the update that made Moon go silent, Sun starts finding evidence that his best friend may not be gone after all. Unfortunately, the truth may be far worse.

It's kind of hard to tell from this picture, but her freckles are 4-point stars. Also, that half-circle at the bottom of her mouth is lipstick, not a tongue. Her swirly eyelashes are supposed to be the same style as the one that Sun and Moon have, but I may change them to straight eyelashes, like the ones used for the Star Orphans in SOTM (the glowing star baby things in the White Tiger section). I also think her outfit could use some work, especially the skirt (it was completely plain, but my sister helped me with the 8-point star pattern). I don't know if I'll ever put her in a story, but if I do, she'll look something like this.

As mentioned in this post, Star was supposed to be Sun and Moon's successor after they left the Pizzaplex. She was based on them and the Star Orphans. Her design was meant to be similar enough to Sun and Moon that guests could see the resemblance, while changing some of their less-popular features for more marketability. In the main timeline, her development barely made it to the concept art stage before Fazbear shut down, but there are some timelines when she was mostly finished before being abandoned.

According to Star's programmed backstory, she is Sun and Moon's younger sister who was sent to watch over the Superstar Daycare while they were away on an adventure. Like her brothers, she loves arts and crafts, gymnastics, and of course, children. As her ballet slippers might suggest, Star was also supposed to be a dancer, but they never had time to program or teach her how, so the only remnant of that part of her character are a few ballerina-themed voicelines.

1. What extremely specific advice would you give yourself when you were a baby fanfic writer?

Quality is more important than a consistent update schedule. While I am generally pleased with my older work, there are a few scenes that I think could have been better if I had given them more time to cook. Also, DO NOT LOOK AT WRITBLR POSTS UNTIL THE FIRST DRAFT IS FINISHED!!! While many posts contain helpful advice, there are so many other posts complaining about how hard writing is and how they can never finish multichapter stories that I'm not sure I would've finished my first fic if I had tumblr before writing it.

6. If the original author of your fandom actually was going to read what you've written, which fic are you hiding ASAP (you have to pick one, even if you have no shame!)

I don't think most of my work is exactly Scott Cawthon's style, but if I had to pick just one, I guess it would be Shifting Nightmare. I came up with it when I was at an emotionally lower point in life, but since I was doing better by the time I really focused on writing it out, it became the most depressing thing in my life at the time, and I think that shows. It still has some merit if you enjoy that sort of thing, but I personally regard it as the worst fic I have posted. But if we aren't limited to just one, then everything I've written except Learning to Sew, because that's the most canon-compliant one.

14. If your favorite fic (that you've written) was made into an animated TV show, describe the intro and what song would play.

Ok, so we're going with Celestial Shift for this one, obviously. This isn't going to be a full storyboard or anything, but I do have a vague idea of what it would be like. Starting off, this would be an animated series, probably 2D, because I think that would fit the tone better (and all of the special effects required would be expensive in live-action). It would start out with Sun as an animatronic that splits into his and Moon's human forms in a flash of light. They look at each other, shocked, Sun gives Moon a quick hug, then they are joined by Gregory and Vanessa before running offscreen together. After that, it would play a few scenes from different parts of the show (including scenes from work, dates, an evening in Vanessa's apartment, and probably some random silly scene) followed by glowing purple eyes opening in the shadows, then the title card. I don't know a pre-existing song that would fit exactly, but I think it would be something with similar vibes to the Star vs the Forces of Evil theme song.
