the clones decide to compare how many orders their commander's chips have received. rex and cody are tied for first with 10 each, and considering that most of the clones have 2 max it's a very high number. since the commands tend to be "fall in line"/"follow orders" it's seen that cody and rex are incredibly rebellious/independent clones (but they knew that already).

they're about to call the competition to a close when some guard shines pull a very confused fox into the room.

he's pushed to the front and has the scanner held to his head. there's arguing around the room. rule following fox? the guy who made their lives miserable while getting shore leave on courasant? he probably doesn't even have one!

and then the orders start rolling in. 10. 20. 50. 100. more and more and more appearing and the room is fucking silent. when did he even get the chance to get these orders given to him!?

the room is so quiet they can hear stone oh so quietly say "the chancellor..." and the creak of plastoid as fox's head snaps up. the most recent command still listed on screen.

you will forget that i am the one to give these commands.

oh. oh. the chancellor. he did this... he did everything.
