CAUTION!!!!!!! STICKER
Every product of glass will have a caution sticker on the packing but not everyone will take caution on it. Theyâll think it wonât be broken easily. Itâs all right, Itâs all okay in the past. However when they open the packing, they will find it broken. What to do at the end we have to get rid of it.
Just think once have you done this to any ones feelings or are you yourself the broken piece of glass                                                    - Krishnabala Binoy

âI know.â Frank blinked back tears and gave her fingers a gentle squeeze. âBut this is real, I promise. Cross my heart. You can feel this, right?â
Her hand tightened in his, although she couldnât quite drag her eyes up to look at him. ( Sheâd been improving, somewhat, over the past weeks. But it was still sometimes just too much to see the years on his face â more than a decade she was never going to get back. )
Alice stared at the floor instead, nodding numbly. âRight.â There wasnât a world where she wouldnât believe his promises. But.... What if I donât even want it to be real? âIâm sorry.â
@bloodtraitortonks1x1 is doing her best
âI wish it was as easy as you make it sound,â Andromeda sighed, slumping in her chair. âI mean⌠I am trying, Alice. I canât help that sometimes the awful old thoughts are what come to mind first. And it doesnât help that when Iâm not with you, I have to be around people who still think that way and fit in with them - at least enough so they donât notice anything wrong.â
A little startled frown pulled at her mouth. âI don't mean to make it sound easy.â
But she did think it was easy, didn't she? If she was honest.
Alice glanced down at her hands, not noticing how she was chewing on her lip. It was all well and good to go on about respect and equality when sheâd grown up with that kind of talk, a mother whoâd believed the same. Sheâd never in her life had to worry about losing someoneâs love or support over blood purity.
( And maybe she couldnât understand the part of her friend that could still want the love of people with such vile beliefs, but after losing her own home last year, Alice was all-too-clear on the practical element of Andromedaâs situation.
Merlin. Her mum wouldâve been so much better at helping her with this sort ofâ )Â Â Spiraling because sheâd misspoken didnât help either of them.
âSorry.â Alice sighed and squared her shoulders and looked back up to give Andromeda a soft smile. âI do know youâre trying. Itâ It shows.â When you let it.
âI just mean... The person youâre working to be, sheâs really wonderful. You should be proud, even if you miss the mark sometimes.â God knows the rest of us arenât always the people we want to be, either. âWeâre all just doing our best, right?â

âThen you will not help me,â Shoya ground out, leaning heavily against the wall and clutching at her side. It was a childish stance, she knew⌠what was worse, putting herself in the hands of this ridiculous woman? Or risking whatever this was alone?
The logical choice won out. âI have been shot. I have never seen the weapon before. There is no blood. But it â hurts.â
âLemme see.â Itâdânt been a hot minute since sheâd laid eyes on wingy here, but you didnât leave a buddy to drown. That was what-it-was, even for barely-friends who were just a hopânâa skip away from a gudge.
Gag-Arm dug her hand in to press three flat fingers into the space Shoya looked tâbe avoiding before she muttered a timely warning, âGonna touch.â Couldnât help frowning â was she just fancyinâ that, or did it feel like somethinâ was....missing, in where allâv Shoyaâs ribs shoulda been?

Below the cut:Â What drew you to rping this character? &Â Why do you roleplay? &Â NSFW rp â yes or no? Why?
@misstheground found the starter call !
âHowâs your stomach doing?â Better, hopefully, given that Christine had come over because she saw the crewman starting to sit up and glower at the rest of the staff again; but she supposed Shoya Kasamali couldnât be blamed for being grumpy that theyâd been induced vomiting.
âLess nauseous?â she added as se scanned her read-outs. Heart rate and blood pressure looked a lot better. Still warmer than sheâd like her to be. And when she set a hand on her arm, that was still trembling too. âIt looks like youâre starting to recover, at least.
âFeel well enough to help me work through how you got to this? I assume you donât usually take in caffeine..?â
@infiinitepossibilities hit that like button
Malcolm doesnât have any idea which deck of the Enterprise heâs on, except that it was empty when he stumbled onto it .... an hour ago. Maybe two hours. Three. If heâs not supposed to be here, no oneâs told him yet, and frankly he doesnât care anyway. He shouldnât be on this fucking ship at all.
Fucking nothing thatâs going on now should be happening, at all.
The next time he was supposed to be off Earth was next month, spring break back home with a houseful of screaming cousins and nagging aunts and â
Not on a Starfleet ship with a single remaining sibling he canât take out of their Medical Bay yet and who wonât open her mouth to talk to him, anyway â -
He doesnât register that thereâs another person in the room with him until the sound of a chair being pulled from a nearby table makes him jump halfway out of his own skin. Malcolm looks up to see an officer not much older than he is, and for the life of him he canât remember whether or not heâs met him before. He opens his mouth to say something, brow furrowing, but he doesnât have a script for a casual greeting in this fucking situation, so after another moment he settles for just an uneasy nod.
