People ask me how I personally view success. I've learned to just be ME. To let go any false pretenses, to be transparent, to be open, honest & vulnerable and moreover, to just be okay in my skin. I grew up deeply sad, insecure, feeling limited and/or not enough eventually landing myself in a work career where beauty and externalness was all the rage and choosing to compromise who i was, what I believed, etc. I feel the greatest mentors and the greatest success stories are the mentors in my life that have simply just been the ALL of who they are. The ones that are passionate in what they love & do. The ones that hadn't lost who they are and that have been open all along the way. I'm learning this strength and realizing for me, success is about loving the all of me, perfections, flaws, successes and the failures too and staying open, honest, having faith and not losing sight of who I am, what I love and where I wanna go on my path. I'm not better nor less than anyone else. I'm just JOEY & that's the best I have to give. It would be a disservice for me to hold back anything so I get its my Divine right to express fully the all of who I am and what God gave me.
