Life has a funny way of throwing everything at us at once...⁣ ⁣ a nasty ear infection⁣ ⁣ Getting rear-ended at a red light⁣ ⁣ and PMS as the perfect cherry topping on this lovely sundae 🤪⁣ ⁣ To say that I feel like I've been knocked down this week is such an understatement. Any time I can't move my body will always be a rough time for me. It can be so easy to lean into the "suck" and wallow in it. ⁣ ⁣ But if we get a hole in one tire, do we go ahead and slash the other three to just "accept it"?? NOO! We patch it up and move on! ⁣ ⁣ I am definitely taking some me-time this week and making sure I don't push my body before it's not ready for anything. But I am also taking any steps I can to still feel amazing and check in with my body every day.⁣ ⁣ It won't always be perfect (like this picture demonstrates 🤪), but let's make it the best we can, yeah?? ⁣
