oh oh oh I never mentioned this but in chapter 14 of ‘what the gold leaves us with’ where cipher, mydei, hyacine, and phainon are trying to tie up hyacine’s hair with a pin, it’s a reference to your danstelle fic where they get engaged in ampho! unofficially, she learns it from dan heng (hence her asking if anyone else has a similar culture as him) and thus carries it over to mydei as he prepares to propose to castorice!
I know what I'm binging tonight :D I gave chapter 14 a read because I couldn't resist and lets just say I've been giggling and kicking my feet for the past hour. The callback!!! To my fic!!!! The highest honour a fic writer can get!!!
The game of telephone with the pin tying culture is great, I love it. Also I'm crying at Mydei creating a whole ahh bust for Castorice because that is such a Mydei thing to do.
