Halloween HC #6: A teenage Denzel is asked to supervise his 5-yr-old brothers/cousins, Sora and Roxas, while they go trick-or-treating. (Sora's a mog, Roxas a chocobo, and Denzel is a tonberry, carrying a handy lantern.) At times, Denzel has to carry Roxas and people comment on the chocobo riding the tonberry; Sora ends up falling asleep in a leaf pile on the way home; Roxas pokes at him with his "wing" before Denzel picks him up and carries him home. A successful Halloween overall <3

I think Roxas does have a blend of Cloud & Aerith in him, just not as obviously as Sora. First, you can make the claim that he just more strongly resembles his father--even the Nobody robes look like the "half-robe" Cloud wears in AC. And then, there's this sort of spiritual acceptance of being a Nobody that Roxas went through that made him into a more thoughtful person, in the same way Aerith had to grow to accept herself as a Cetra. So, Roxas might have his mother's "spiritually mature" side.

So what is your opinion on the whole Cloud and Aerith are Sora and Roxas's parents?
Well... Sora is 14 when Cloud and Aerith are 22 in KH1. That’d mean they were both 8 when Sora was conceived... So it’s not plausible. However, I entirely believe that Nomura designed Sora, both in looks and personality, to reflect prominent aspects of Cloud and Aerith (blue eyes, brown hair, Cloud’s spiky hair, Aerith’s kind soul) so that fans would draw the connection. So, it’s not possible in canon, but it is possible that Nomura had Cloud and Aerith in mind when designing him... and that’s good enough IMO. As for Roxas, the answer is the same for him. Although, I think the “clerith” looks aren’t as strong with Roxas as it is with Sora and Denzel. The blues eyes and brown hair are really convincing. That said, I’m 100% behind a Cloud + Aerith = Sora/Roxas family
I just remembered something... I remember when I read a KH novel, it described Aerith as very motherly to Sora. It’s been ages since I read that so I’m not sure what novel it came from. I’ll try and find that for ya later.I could totally see Cloud and Aerith adopting Sora (if he just stopped growing lol!!)
