ykno. i havent rly thought about it? ultimately he's just such like. a non-angry guy in my head, like. even at the worst of times he justifies away his actions + the actions of his party w/o thinking much of it. where anger should be in his chest he just has a numbness and i think if he got mad enough he'd just become a stunned deer in headlights

however there are two things he hates and that's like. guards and bigots

if he's mad at a friend/someone he knows - he just disengages altogether and will go hide in a hole until he feels better and/or bottled all that up for later. probably bitches about the situation very loudly to whoever in the party will hear him out. ultimately, he'll go to great lengths to either fix bridges or justify their burning as long as his pals are involved and that starts with disappearing into the woods for a few hours

on the total opposite end of the spectrum, 4/5 times if he's mad at someone he doesn't know, or someone accused of injustice he has a high likelihood of just jumping to murder outright like. tbh. or aforementioned disappearing into the woods. ykno how it is

Zim was outside fixing his broken lawn gnomes which had been destroyed the evening prior when Dib had come over to attempt stopping Zim’s latest plan. He would have had the computer simply send new ones in, but it had refused, telling him ‘It’s not my job to make up for your incompetence’. After yelling at the base’s computer, he grumbled and went outside.

When he stopped to take a break between gnomes, he saw him: a small, dark-haired child just sort of... staring at him.
