Howloka is Here!
Another commission made by @sweetdippingsauce who never fails to disappoint me in their art.
I've been shipping these two for quite a while. They have a "delinquent x nerd" dynamic-even though Cartoka IS also a delinquent-and have so much in common, they're brothers to rambunctious sisters, have lots of energy, owners of fast cars, wear red, etc.
Now, to how they meet? The Speedy Twins try to steal the Wolf Wheels, which ends up with them nearly getting run over until the Wolfies intervene. Cartoka would bring Howler's nice side and impress him with his mechanic skills.
