Short Story: For the most part, He’s Innocent

Long story: Let me explain

She’s at least half a year off from making Carson a pedophile, and from making the sexting illegal(in Indiana, both parties sexting each other only becomes a problem if it’s under consent, and if there’s at least a 4 year age gap. Carson checks off Neither one of those because the two girls are of Indiana’s age of consent. Carson is also in the clear because Indiana sexting laws in Indiana are willing to let you defend yourself from cases for various reasons depending on the individual case. One of those reasons for cases like this, is if you were younger than 22 at the time. Considering Carson’s 21, that should be a clear indication that he’s clear). C. There are also claims that he was abusing his fame during the incident. Seeing as how he hit 1 million about a few days before the incident, he was fresh out of Nobody’sville. So there’s not much fame to abuse, is there?

D. Even if he was super famous at the time, abusing your fame literally means using their idolization as blackmail material. For example, someone saying “I’ll give you a shoutout if you go out with me,” that’s abusing fame, and considering the strong reluctance and paranoia on Carson’s part, that’s a clear indication that he wants nothing to do with it, when claims that he’s abusing power to groom her imply the opposite

E. The girl in question said she made a joke tweet saying “Carson, be my boyfriend” and that’s what sparked the situation. Let’s rewind. Would you have thought someone who flirted with you was joking? I’m living proof that there are people who take things literally. And even without my case, how are you supposed to respond to that, joke or not?! Considering how impacting and Big romance is, and there’s no easy way to tell someone that loves you No, how would you respond to that?

In Summary: Is Carson a Pedophile? No. Did he abuse his power? Maybe accidentally, but nowhere near maliciously. Does he deserve to go to jail? Absolutely Not! What should’ve been kept private is now airing like dirty laundry, and Keemstar had to blow it all out of the water. Considering that these allegations have the possibility of falling under Slander, it may have done more harm than good in the long run, and not just on Carson’s end. So please, for the sake of his mental health, stop hopping onto this situation and automatically assuming he’s guilty, otherwise you could end up guilty yourself

Evidence:

If you didn’t know already, callmecarson was and/or is sexting a person under the age. The was the ultimate reason of the ending of Lunch Club. There are screenshots on Twitter and a keemstar video with Travis and Noah, his former roommates and lunch club members themselves, claiming these statements to be true.

Now, some speculation,

First off, for me anyways, it’s almost undeniable that Carson had relations with someone under the age. The screenshots are there and even if you say those are fake we have Travis and Noah’s statements.

It fits with the timeline of lunch clubs slowing and stopping point. Also Noah and Travis would have no reason to lie. Even on screen we could see that Travis and Carson were close. Then, when Carson moved out as Cooper, Travis and Noah moved, they weren’t.

People have said “ well why did Ted and Schlatt still film with him if he told all of lunch club?” the only ideas that I have is

1. As Noah stated Carson said he was gonna “get his head right”, so maybe they believed him

2. Carson’s views were high so they used him as gain

Overall, he has to have done something with the minor(s). I don’t know who else knew at the time or if Carson only told lunch club. Keemstar stated there will be another video with more evidence tomorrow.
