May I suggest to you...uncooked pasta? I think it may have a similar crunch to small animal bones?

Being any kind of carnivorous otherkin and preparing meat is like: "oh lawd have mercy...we must stay focused brother me must! stay focused!!"/ref
Nothing is more satisfying to a carnivore than flesh upon their fangs
i am no stranger to mouth shifts that are exacerbated by my TMD, to the point where i’ve chewed upwards of five sticks of gum at a time to alleviate it. at my worst, i will chew the insides of my cheeks to bleeding, and as of late, i found a somewhat satisfying solution to my issue.
my husband noticed that i get into ‘chompy moods’, as he calls them. (he knows i’m godkin, but not indoraptorkin) at first he let me nom playfully on his arm, but i would have to very carefully monitor my mental state so as not to hurt him. after a while, i started nomming on other places, areas too big to wrap my mouth around, namely his shoulders. he noticed that it was actually very relaxing, because my restrained bites were like a massage to him!
be aware that every step of the process we monitor each other--i ask him if i was biting too hard, or he will warn me i was biting too hard; i ask if he is mentally okay, as in my biting wasnt triggering him or making him squicked in any other way; he will ask if i feel better or needed more noms; he will ask me to move to other places that needed massaging or had been overstimulated; etc.
it made me realize, however, that it helps me work off my shift by making me stay aware of what i’m doing, so i dont hurt my hub. no, i’m no longer a dinosaur, but that doesnt mean that i cant hurt someone by acting like one. but if i can also help while working off a shift, hot damn i sure will!
Hungry for hunting? Heres a quick snack to help the animal!
Hey there!! So i thought id share something for any preditor kin, like canine kin - or foxkin in particular like me - to enjoy. About a year or two ago, i used to get really bad mental shifts about food and hunting in particular. Like- REALLY bad. I would salivate at the idea of crunching on chicken bones and hunting them. So i rushed home off the buss and tried to find something to ease the craving of ~bone cronch~.
All you need is TORTILLA CHIPS! The tortilla chips crunch, and you can eat them really aggressively. You can also pair them with things like bbq sauce, or other meat-related sauces for flavour!
Options i personally love; -Lime Tostito tortilla chips -Steak spice on plain chips -BBQ sauce on plain chips (a little bit spread about is a bit like bl**d?? Like sounds weird but its good) -Honey garlic on plain chips (was always my favourite chicken seasoning, reminds me of it even though i don’t eat most meat anymore)
So yea! Im a pescitarian (vegetarian, but i still eat fish) which can be frustrating being foxkin with, but this snack helped a bunch whenever i got those intense hunting craves. Hope this helps!! :-)
