First impression: While I can't remember my exact first impression of Carlos from when I originally saw the show, I have to imagine that it was something like this 😍

Impression now: Still love him. Absolute sweetheart of a guy, but I do find myself wishing they hadn't made him so exaggeratedly immature.

Favorite moment: Don't know if I can pinpoint one specific moment, but I do like Carlos a lot in BTFans and BTContest. I think those episodes showcase who he is at his core.

Idea for a story: The other day, I was thinking about BTMove where it's mentioned that Carlos ran 2 miles to get James hair gel when he ran out during a school dance. I think that could make for a cute little story. But I'm also tempted by ideas that involve a little angst as well. Exploring a side of Carlos that goes beyond the endless optimism he seems to exude on the show.

Unpopular opinion: I cannot stand the helmet. Not sure if that's an unpopular opinion or not, but yeah. Wish that thing would have disappeared after season 1.

Favorite relationship: Romance-wise? I loved him and Stephanie King. I wish she would have stuck around and been a long-term girlfriend for him. I think she could have brought out a really nice, more mature side of Carlos while still being game to have fun and pull pranks with him. Friendship-wise, you can't beat James and Carlos together.

Favorite headcanon: I have two, I guess. The first is the very popular ADHD headcanon. I mean. It's hard not to have that as a top headcanon for Carlos. And the other is that he's the oldest and only boy of four kids.
