Got this ask a while ago, but never got around to it - I'll answer.
"Chosen" aren't deserving of the powerful pokémon that choose them.
They should have the intelligence to catch then turn those legendaries in someplace where they cannot be accessed.
That would be the best use of a Master Ball, to catch and never release.
