#1629 SALTED CARAMEL (black aroma)

PREPARATION: 3 g tea leaves (1 heapingl teaspoon) per 8 oz cup of filtered boiling water; allow to brew 2 min

INGREDIENTS: Black tea, rooibos, salted butter caramel chunks (sugar, glucose syrup, Normandy fresh cream, half salt butter, skimmmed milk powder, Guérande salt flower), and natural flavor

LEAF: Red slivers of rooibos and caramel pieces sprinkled in black tea

INFUSION: Slightly cloudy (from the caramel) dark copper

AROMA: Candy! Caramel candy!

LIQUOR: Strong black tea is complemented by the sweet caramel; ever so slightly salty

#1120 TUSCAN DREAMS (caffeine-free herbal)

PREPARATION: 3 g herbal tea (2 level teaspoons) per 8 oz cup of filtered boiling water; allow to brew 5–10 min

INGREDIENTS: Apple pieces, silver linden tree blossoms, Melissa leaves, lavender blossoms, rose petals, sweet blackberry leaves, orange blossoms, and mallow blossoms

LEAF: Beautiful, colorful, mix of leaves, fruit, and blossoms

INFUSION: Light golden

AROMA: Lovely floral

LIQUOR: Light, floral bouquet of flavor

CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY (caffeine-free dessert tea; Haus Blend; available only in this tea sampler)

PREPARATION: 3 g rooibos tea (1 heaping teaspoon) per 8 oz cup of filtered boiling water; allow to brew 5–10 min

INGREDIENTS: Honeybush, rooibos, caramel pieces, strawberry bits and leaves, Mindo Chocolate cocoa nibs and shells, and natural flavor

LEAF: Woody red pieces and tiny rooibos sprinkled with visible dried strawberry, caramel, and pieces of cocoa nibs and shells

INFUSION: Dark brick red

AROMA: Sweet and rich with a touch of creaminess

LIQUOR: The sweet strawberry flavor melds beautifully with the dark chocolate
