The file name is just because I write mostly short pieces, so I often write a bunch of things for the same prompt challenge or bingo in the same file, so it's not that I just randomly have 51+ crossovers in WIP status or anything.

51pluscrossoverfandoms is a fun Dreamwidth prompt challenge where you get a table of 50 prompts, each fill has to be a crossover and you have to write for at least 51 (or more) fandoms to complete it! (So, in short, at least 1 fandom you write each time has to be new.)

I've done 4 stories so far, so only 46 to go! (lol). But I have 1 started but not completed in the file on my PC, which is a The Librarians/Game of Thrones crossover where Jenkins & Ezekiel accidentally go through a portal to Westeros and run into Brienne & Pod as they attempt to retrieve a dangerous book. (If they don't, Westeros might get even MORE bloodthirsty and it doesn't bear contemplation.) So, anyway, unlikely tall knights and squires united, even if Ezekiel refutes that definition, thank you.

I do sort of have it completed in rough, but I'm being bad at typing things up lately, and it's languishing unfinished in my file. Also maybe it was too weird a crossover to be worth going on with? Nobody seems to be into crossovers any more, which is very sad indeed. A good crossover is a joy forever.

“This place sucks.”  Ezekiel trudged uphill along the unsurfaced road and sighed heavily.  “Where’s my pizza?  Crappiest Ren Faire ever.”

Jenkins kept his gaze on the road ahead.  “How many times must I point out that this is not a Ren Faire?  Several people have tried to murder us already, which should have been sufficient to convince you.”

It took me a hot second to remember that these are about my fics and I almost went and looked for dialogue from someone else haha. 

Dialogue:

Okay so this is from a recent post (Heaven is a place on earth):

“So you will then?” He asks.

I look back up.

“Pardon?”

“You’ll be dealing with me for the evening?” He smiles.

I just really like this because it’s a fun little bicker back and forth. I think it fits them. (Before this he asks why Baz isn’t drinking wine. Baz responds back with a: no, if I’m to deal with you then I’ll need something stronger.) 

This bit from INFY:

“Baz,” I say- thinking of how it would feel to have his lips against mine. “I don’t think I can guess. As you’ve said- I’m pretty oblivious. Sometimes I need things spelled out for me.”

“Simon,” he says quietly. I can feel his breath on my face. “You are completely and utterly oblivious, but even you should have seen the signs.”

“Well then,” I say, trying to push myself into confidence. “I hope I’ve read them right.”

    And then I reach forward and I kiss him.

This I like because... idk I was lowkey proud of their first kiss in this fic. It took 13 chapters to get to it and I was kind of proud of how it happened (even though it was supposed to be longer lol.) It just kind of showed how nervous but ready they both were! (For context: Baz said he has an interest in someone at school- and Simon was trying to guess.)

Do I know that your birthday was practically month ago? Yes. Does it stop me? Absolutely doesn’t :D 

I look at Baz, who is looking at me. (I must be grinning like a complete lunatic.) For a moment, I can see the stars reflected in the grey of his eyes. He leans towards me slightly, and I feel like I’ve hung the moon again. Like something else magickal is about to happen.
