Ca Phe Sua Da is a delightful Vietnamese iced coffee that combines strong brewed coffee with sweet condensed milk, served over ice. It's a refreshing and energizing drink, perfect for hot days or any coffee lover.
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons coarsely ground dark roast coffee beans. 2 tablespoons condensed milk. Ice cubes.
Instructions: Brew the coffee using a Vietnamese drip filter or a strong espresso maker. While the coffee is brewing, add 2 tablespoons of condensed milk to a glass. Once the coffee is ready, pour it over the condensed milk in the glass. Stir well to combine the coffee and condensed milk until it's sweet and creamy. Fill another glass with ice cubes. Pour the sweetened coffee mixture over the ice cubes. Stir gently to chill the coffee and melt some of the ice. Serve immediately and enjoy your traditional Vietnamese iced coffee!
