I have cravings, u don’t get it

I have severe allergies to citrus, strawberries, roses, certain flowers, wood smoke, dust, certain musk scents and more, to the point that breathing can become almost impossible. This started at 15 and has just kept going. At first it didn't really affect my life, now it controls my life. Going out to dinner, shopping, work, just trying to be a somewhat normal adult atempting to get through my day, can be completely ruined by just inhaling the wrong thing. Thanks to a very wonderful person, (you know who you are) and a surprise Christmas gift, I was able to purchase this mask. Which just came in today!!!! I'm super excited because tomorrow I am going to try walking down the laundry aisle, checking out the produce department and whatever else, with the hope that I do not need to reach for my inhaler, and that maybe I can limit my allergy medication intake to my one a day prevention.
