It hasn't stopped raining since we left France! We now realized that we shouldn't head out to another country without checking the weather... But no worries, my first view of the Swiss Alps covered in melting clouds was a magical moment. The Alps are one of the most beautiful places I've been on. The little wooden houses against the huge rock walls makes this places well worth the journey. Buy the time we where approaching the camp in Lautterbrunnen, it had gotten really dark. We suddenly saw a that a part of a mountain was being lit with huge stoves. At first we thought there might be someone having a climbing night session! They weren't... But the thing that was being lit up was the Staubbach waterfall falling 300m. It's definitely one of the most beautiful sights I've ever encountered. And lucky for us, the camp is just underneath it, it's the last thing we'll see today and the first thing we'll see in the morning. ¡No a dejado de llover desde que nos fuimos de Francia! No se nos ocurrió checar el clima antes, pero no hay problema. Mi primera vista de los Alpes suizos cubiertos de nubes fue un momento muy mágico. Los Alpes son de los lugares más increÃbles en los que he estado. Las casitas de madera frente a las paredes inmensas de roca hacen un paisaje por el que vale la pena el viaje hasta acá. Cuando estábamos llegando a la zona de acampar en Lautterbrunnen ya no habÃa luz. De repente vimos una parte de la montaña iluminada. Primero creÃmos o querÃamos creer que habÃa gente escalando, pero no. Lo que iluminaban eran las cascadas de Staubbach, que caen de unos 300m de altura. Definitivamente una de las cosas más impresionantes que eh visto. Y lo mejor es que tenemos la suerte de estar acampando justo abajo de esta cascada. Es lo último que vamos a ver hoy y lo primero que vamos a ver despertando.
