I think he’s a little hesitant to you wanting to put a bracelet on him. Sure, he handles the trash, but that’s stuff that comes and goes, nothing really stays because you don’t want it to. That’s his whole job. And yet, now you want him to keep something like this?

He knows that, even though he loves his collection, and finds value in it, it’s different from the bracelet you’re giving him. Which is why he’s kinda less enthusiastic about his.

BUT when it comes to YOU wearing his AND yours, he absolutely loves you wearing a little trinket that shows everyone else exactly who’s got claim on you. Any other dateable that makes you blush sees his name proud and colorful on your wrist as you go to cover your face. He likes to make sure you’re wearing it constantly too. If you ever take it off, he gets a little pissy, and practically shoves it back at you, insisting you put it back on.

AMIR

Amir adores the idea of matching bracelets with you. He of course, first compliments the time and effort you took to make something like that for the both of you, and the fact that you made it match his color scheme so perfectly. He wears it all the time, and whenever you walk by the mirror, he says something along the lines of ‘ah, azizam, show me that beautiful peace of jewelry on your gracious wrist’.

You laugh a lot at him treating beaded bracelets like fine diamond jewelry, but he always insists that it may as well be, and won’t take any arguments.

JOHNNY

Johnny is a huuuge fan of this idea. He’s into the real 1950’s romance, with all that lovey-dovey doting on each other, those pet names that border on overkill— he loves it. So when you combine a little gift-giving with pet names and matching each other?? He’s overjoyed.

He gushes over it so much too, you know he does. He loves the bracelets so much, he can’t stop belting out off-key tunes for almost three days (Amir almost strangles him) . He definitely loves how you wear it all the time, even while in the shower itself. Wear the bracelet with his letterman’s jacket, and he’s practically falling over.

He now giggles a lot more whenever he calls you gorgeous, because he always glances back down at your wrist when he says it.

LYRIC

Lyric loves the bracelets! He asks you how to make them, because now he has the idea to give you at least seventeen of them, all with different synonyms for ‘my love’ or ‘my darling’.

You break out a language book and even start making bracelets with ‘my darling’ on them in all different languages. Spanish, French, Russian, Greek, Swedish, Portuguese, Nigerian, all the works. Soon, your whole arm is covered in brackets, and Lyric couldn’t be happier.

If you had something to throw away, he’d get the job done. If you just wanted to make small talk, it wasn’t like he had much else to do besides hang around. He liked to think of himself as a multi-purpose trash can.

Reliable, versatile.

That’s why the easiest way to get him in bed was to ask, straight up. He’d tease you for it, but that’s just him having a little fun. Bantering was the foundation of your relationship, after all. When you two were finally alone, it’s almost surprising how quickly he was all over you. Whatever you asked for, he’d do it. If you wanted slow, he’d rest his face in the crook of your neck while he focused on keeping a steady pace.
