Knott's Scary Farm
I woke up at noon and ate some sweet & sour fish:
At 2pm I went to go on a photoshoot with an actress (to do headshots) and at roughly about 4pm she gave me a cheese stick to munch on (my first time eating cheese in this form...not bad :p) When the shoot was done, she asked me what I want in return...so I asked for a dipped cone from McD <3
After I got home, I ate some cooked chicken meat just so I wouldn't get hungry later at Knott's Scary Farm (save alot of $$$)
After an hour nap, me and my bf headed to Knott's Scary Farm!!! Just feel like posting some pictures <3 So we were there from 9pm - 2am...walking/waiting in lines and did not eat anything (I should burned a lot of calories xD) When we exit the park, we saw Pink's Hot Dog...hence we decided to eat some since we were fucking hungry. I ordered the one that sounded less fatty from the menu - Turkey Dog (turkey have lower calories than normal hot dog I believe) I can't find the actual calories for this hot dog online, therefore I'm just gonna assumed it was around 500 kcal. Turkey dog should be around 100 kcal or less, but the crazy dressing was probably above 200 kcal, plus the bun (another 100 kcal)...so it should be around that number. I only ate half of it then I fell asleep in the car while holding it otw home LOL Total consumption of the day: 220 + 80 + 270 +230 + 250 = 1,050 kcal YAY I ate little ;]
Korean BBQ
Sorry, didn't get the chance to write yesterday cuz' I tried to finish up a project :[
I woke up at noon and ate toast with peach jam:
(I'm gonna re-use photos if it's exactly the same meal)
And I controlled my hunger all the way until 6pm, because my friend was having her birthday dinner at Korean BBQ...Yes, all you can eat Korean BBQ! <3
(Oh yeah...it's kinda impossible to keep track of your calories when you are at an all you can eat type of restaurant. I know for sure what I ate did not go over 2000 kcal, how do I know? from experience lol. But I'm not sure if it's below 1500 kcal...even though I only ate meat...I used A LOT of the SESAME OIL w/ SALT!
Birthday girl Yvette <3
After the meal, I ended my day with Jasmine tea + boba <3
So it's 180 + 2000 + 280 = 2,460 kcal...very high 囧rz
Minus my daily burning kcal 1400 = 960 kcal
McD Every Night~
I skipped class this morning cuz' I planned to spend the whole day editing (a 2 hr long wedding video 囧rz)
The first thing I ate when I woke up was peach jam + toast at around 12pm: 1 table spoon of peach jam is around 50 kcal, I believed I used more than that, so the 80 kcal is an estimate.
At 2pm my bf came back from school and got me a chicken BLT salad <3
And I worked and worked and napped and woke up at 7pm, then bf drove me to get something from McD again...(I shouldn't do this...but I needed fatty food or I won't be able to edit :[ )
Yeah...most of the calories I consumed came from McD (Large Sweet Tea, Reg. Oreo McFlurry, Large Fries <3<3<3)...oh well.
In total: 180 + 140 + 340 + 320 + 560 + 540 = 2,080 kcal My body burns 1,400 kcal daily, thus only (2080-1400) 680 kcal absorbed into my body (but remember, that doesn't mean all the FAT you consumed is less) Calories & FAT are different thing...if you consumed little calories but eat greasy ass food all the time you WON'T be skinny...Because FAT do get STORED in your body overtime... Lol I know I don't have the right to lecture about nutritional stuffs since me myself consumed all the craps. But just keep that in mind :]
P.S. I should be eating under 1,800 kcal daily if I wanna lose weight faster (sigh)...
