There are a few classics I could recommend (1984 is still very timely), but I haven’t really read anything lately that is recommendation worthy. However, I am obsessed with the movie Parasite, which is practically perfect in every way. Also got really into Money Heist, which I heartily recommend as well!

alright the answers will be pretty short because I’m no fic writers I can’t long stuff sdkdkdjk but I still can write some sentences 

1. Random headcanon: 

- ok so I recently I just watched a kdrama called ‘my horrible boss’ and I thought ‘SWAN QUEEN’ basically this headcanon is the plot of the show: there’s a new neighbor just moved in next door and said neighbor’s stuff was blocking the door of emma’s apartment which made her almost late for work because she couldn’t get out of her apartment. when she got to her work place she was informed that sales department got a new boss, which was also emma’s new boss, her name was regina mills and she was a hbic. later after work she went back home, henry was crying because someone stole his bike and he said he saw the bike was placing at the new neighbor’s balcony. emma went knocking her neighbor’s door demanding them to return henry’s bike. first it was a guy who opened the door, he said wait there while he went fetched the real house owner, annnnd BOOM it was emma’s new boss regina who just moved in emma’s next door :D it’s basically a comedy, damn I wish I could write this.

2. Why I started shipping them

- um??? hello??? have you seen them????? the savior and the evil queen? they shared a son together???? saved each other multiple times???? both had shared true love kiss with henry? they are the perfect modern fairy tale we deserve

OH BOY.

I will preface this by saying that I am not proud of this at all, and am in fact quite ashamed of it, but...it happened before anyone following me on here knew me so *shrug*.

When I was 9, I was deeply infatuated with my very female and heterosexually married Sunday school teacher. It was so bad that I was distraught when I aged out of her class. Of course, it took me over a decade to admit to myself that my fascination and infatuation were actually a baby crush and that this was gay. I was so far behind Narnia that I could see Charn.

The kicker is, at the time I was attending a very conservative church, which was very problematic in several ways, and probably contributed to me repressing my sexuality completely until very recently. I see the things some of them post on Facebook; it’s not even conservative, more so regressive and so narrowminded that it’s cruel. Imagine if they’d known there was gay activity happening under their own roof. They’d have a conniption.

In retrospect, this makes my infatuation with a certain actress who shall go unnamed a lot more logical because apparently I’ve stayed very consistent in being attracted to women old enough to be my mother.

Orchid: Are you attracted to different genders in different ways? If so, how? I think so? I’m definitely more aesthetically attracted to women and romantically attracted to men. I haven’t experienced attraction to nonbinary people, so I don’t know how I would experience attraction to them (but rock on, y’all are amazing, be your wonderful selves). In general, I feel safer around women, but I only recently realized I’m bi, so I haven’t analyzed everything yet.

Violet: What has your experience been like being bi? It’s been...I didn’t realize I’m bi until this winter but like...everyone is attractive? And I feel attacked? It’s strange. Men are hot and women are hot and it’s like being clubbed over the head a lot. The best part is looking at M/F couples and trying to decide if you’d rather be him or her. I like that everyone is attractive though; I love being surrounded by beauty.

Periwinkle: Is there a specific type of person you look for? Oh boy is there ever! I love nerds who are sweet and funny, and I also love people who are artistic in any way, but mostly anyone that I can share my weird niche interests with (fandom, MBTI) and be myself around. This is totally about my ex-boyfriend.

Iris: Any cute crush stories you'd like to share? Okay, so regarding the aforementioned ex-boyfriend: I essentially ended up straight up asking him if he was into me because he kept sending me mixed signals and he said he could see himself ending up with a girl like me if we were geographically compatible and then on our first official date he kissed me and was really sappy and cute and sometimes feelings do work out amazingly.

Rose: What’s more attractive in girls, intelligence or humor? Ahhhh, unfair! I’d say probably humor? It’s really hard to talk to people who don’t have a sense of humor, even if they are intelligent.

Grape: What’s more attractive in nonbinary people, intelligence or humor? I haven’t experienced attraction to nonbinary people, but I’m guessing it’d be humor because a good sense of humor makes anyone more attractive.
