well about a month or two ago, I got caught up on a little show called Invincible. I had watched the first season when it came out and just...didn't watch the rest.

I didn't really have plans to watch it but...I saw fanart of Conquest.

Aaah yes, you mean Cape Feare! Yep he'd absolutely love to reenact a musical of his choice in front of her... I mean, he does sing "A Wand'ring Minstrel I" to Tasha in The Yellow Lotus too! But you know what would be even more thrilling. Getting her to play along with him. And perhaps explore the musicals she heard and enjoyed during her stay in France - like Romeo and Juliette!

The one song I have in mind is "Aimer" - it's a bit sappy (although I have fond memories of it because I still have the CD and listened to it a lot as a kid) but hey, it IS a Shakespeare adaptation! That's right up Bob's alley. This first drawing is inspired by the performance itself. Below the cut you'll find a little surprise bonus inspired by the official music clip... Aaaaa that’s so cool, thank you! I’m honored that my art has inspired you and your friend. I never exactly set out to inspire directly - mostly I’m just sitting in my kitchen making my own comfort food so to speak, haha - but it does feel good to know I’ve spread some creativity around, even accidentally.
