rough sketch, but w/e
here’s Callion! They’re a brench/saiyan hybrid Fenn comes across by chance and quickly becomes to Big Protective Sister to!
Pipit; Drabble
It had been a long 6 months at sea, with limited supplies and staffing. Callion walked onto the docks of Solitude, eyeing the merchants distastefully. Most of them were bland Imperials and Nords. He spent only an hour buying new shipments of supplies before handing off the duty to Ri’vani. The last vendor he approached had been pitching potion to several of his mercenaries of crewmen, who only stayed to listen long enough to flirt or stare.
“Hello!” She called and waved Callion towards her, where she sat on the ground. There was a fur with all she was selling on it. “You look a bit pale, perhaps I have a cure for what ails you, here?” She gestured gently towards the glass bottles.
The Altmer was about to walk by her, but as he got closer, he realized why the others had stopped and watched her. He stood in front of her, looking down at her. “And what makes you think I’m sick?”
“Well--uh--” She stammered, realizing she might have offended him. “Not that you look bad--you’re quite handsome.” She answered, hoping he wouldn’t take anything personally. “But for a seafaring man, you don’t see much sunlight, do you?”
“I’m struggling to see how that’s any of your business.” He sneered, wondering if he’d have to kill this one to stop from spreading rumors. People didn’t like him in Solitude. The last thing he needed was someone saying he was a vampire, despite how true it may be. “Show me what you have for sale.” He relented.
“Salves, potions, medicine and wine!” She pointed to each one in turn.
“All of it. I’ll buy it all if you help me carry it back to the ship.” He sighed. The Breton or.. Redguard maybe?--the freckled girl was adorable. He couldn’t say no to that face.
“A-All of it?” She stared in disbelief, but developed a huge grin and hopped up, packing them all in her box. “Let’s go--is that one yours?” She asked, pointing to the large boat with a depiction of Dibella leaning off the bow of the ship, with her ornamental flowers hoisted high above her head.
“Yes.” He said, ignoring the way she gaped and stared at the ship. He started walking towards it once he was sure she would follow. “What’s your name, human?”
“I’m Micyne Chacal!” She chirped, following behind him.
“Callion. I’m the Captain of this ship.” He explained, wondering why she didn’t ask for the money up front. She was disturbingly naive. “This way.” He continued on through the ship, leading her to his chambers. He opened the ornate, bronze door. “Set them on the table over there.”
