Before Calliope and Juliette were born, all full-fledged Legacy vampires had been banished to the Underworld. As Juliette comes into her own, Calliope faces her banishment.

When I saw that day 25 was myth and I rolled this ship, I decided that a Hades and Persephone AU would work well for them.

It was nearly impossible to kill a Legacy. It was entirely possible to banish one. All Legacies had been banished to the Underworld after Theo's bio-mom had been killed, only able to work through proxies.

Or so the Guild thought. Young Legacies, ones who hadn't drained their first human of blood, could leave the Underworld, fostered by non-Legacy vampires. Or in Juliette's case, live with her non-Legacy father as he took care of Fairmont and Atwood affairs.

Juliette had been willing to never drain a human, even at the cost of her own health, so she could still see the sun. Juliette had just made her first kill to save Cal. As the moon faded, so would she, and when the new moon rose in the sky she would be stuck in the Underworld forever.

Their parents have forbidden them from spending time together outside of school, but what if they just happen to get jobs together?

I wrote this while waiting for my dad and sister to come back from Burger King with lunch.

"At least this way, they can't keep us apart," Calliope said. She'd never had a job before, always more focused on the Guild.

"And if we're working with people, they won't suspect either of us." It still didn't make sense why the M.A.M.'s thought *Cal* was the vampire.

Cal wasn't that naive. "No, they'll just think other things about us, like we're poisoning the food with stuff other than garlic. They won't think you're a spoiled princess, though."

Juliette pouted. "You don't think I'm your princess?"

Because let's be real, if you're told a vampire is in the area and you spot Juliette and Cal making out, Jules is not the one you're going to attack.

Juliette pushed her out of the way mostly, and now everyone teased Cal about 'out vamping the Legacy'

I'm losing it at this idea and it makes so much sense ! Juliette is just the cutest, no one would ever suspect her.

To continue your headcanon, I'd say that everytime Cal meets others hunters, they ask about the story behind the scar on her arm or go like "Well I see that you seem to take your job seriously, with what kind of weapon did this vampire attack you ?" and she's like "haha funny story, you would never believe me, let's say that I do my best to protect people".
