If money wasn't an issue, what would you be doing right now? ⛰️🚴 You may know that I have recently fallen in love with stretching and how much it has improved my daily wellness routine, but sometimes you need some extra support to get you through the tough days. Tough days, as in waking up with very sore muscles. The type of soreness that will keep you rooted to your bed in the morning. Imagine my chagrin when waking up to a beautiful day in So cal, my mind was eager to find an awesome trail hike, but my legs telling me something completely different. My legs were begging me for rest after a great "leg day" workout the previous evening.
