Yesterday, we had our FCA Calgary Chapter in person show. It was a complete blast! I am thankful to all of my artists colleges who made this happen, it really felt like a family reunion🥰 I am also amazed by the people who came out to check our show, making time during gardening season, to support local artists. We heard great comments about the show. Many new and not so new collectors went home with new art. 🔴 SOLD "Lake Glow" was one of the paintings that left the show on Saturday with a new happy owner. This painting started as a Plein Air on Windermere, BC. We were pretty close to the Lake, and we felt it, however we were surrounded by beautiful trees and plants. The lake was glowing on this overcast day and I thought we don't really need only sunny days to enjoy the outdoors.
